| Description: | This auction is for a 1907-09 H. M. Taylor PC773-2 vintage baseball postcard of the Detroit Tigers Team titled - DETROIT CLUB. This postcard is a relatively rare early Tigers Team postcard picturing a young Ty in the middle row above the bats. The postcard is in nice condition being well centered with a bold clear problem-free central image displaying good overall eye appeal. It does have slightly frayed corners and would grade about VG/EX except that is has been postally used with written correspondence and a Jan. 8th, 1908 postmark along with a 1 cent stamp affixed. It also has either initials or maybe HMT from the original correspondence on the bottom edge on the front. It overall grades in the FAIR range. |
