| Description: | This auction is for a 1926 Original Type 1 News Service Photograph from Underwood and Underwood featuring - Babe Ruth and the Commissioner "Judge" Landis. The photo was taken during the 1926 World Series after the Cards had won the Second Game from the Yankees. The photo measures approximately 6 1/2" by 8 3/8" with excellent photo clarity and contrast. It has an Underwood and Underwood stamp along with the 10/8/1926 date and captioned slug. It does have tiny pin holes in the corners but otherwise would be VG/EX condition due to upper corner dings. |
