| Description: | This auction is for a 1907 Police Gazette Supplement of the Chicago Cubs Hall Of Fame Pitcher - Mordecai Brown. This 11 1/4" by 16 1/4" supplement of Mordecai is from the September 21st, 1907 edition and highlights the Cubs Star Pitcher as the team was preparing to take on the Tigers in the 1907 World Series. The Supplement has been fairly well preserved for an over-sized premium with a strong central image. It does have three edge tears none of which cross into the border area. The back has some tape reinforcing the fold area as well. |
