| Description: | This auction is for a 1908 American Caramel E91A of the Philadelphia Athletics Hall Of Fame Southpaw - Eddie Plank. Even though Eddie didn't when his first game as a pitcher until the age of 25 (old in those days) he still managed to record 300 wins in his career. This early caramel issue of Eddie is in very nice condition being well centered with outstanding color and eye appeal. It does have slightly rounded / frayed corners, a tiny surface chip in the upper right background and some edge wear along the left border on the back. It has been professionally graded by Professional Sports Authenticator a PSA 3 or VERY GOOD. |
